グラノーラを使用した【ヴィーガンバナナ蒸しパン】

Vegan banana steamed bread made with granola

This vegan banana steamed bread uses granola (carrot sweet) and is easy for anyone to make.

▽Materials (1 person)

・Rice flour or soft flour...160g
・Baking powder...6g
・Almond milk (or other milks)…100g
・Cane sugar...50g
・Maple syrup…30g
・KAWAIINE granola...20g
・Salt…a pinch
・Banana: Half to one


▽How to make it

1. Cut a banana into thin slices.
2. Add the almond milk, cane sugar, maple syrup and salt and mix until the sugar has dissolved and is no longer visible.
3. Sift the rice flour (weak flour) and baking powder into the batter and mix in a cutting motion using a spatula.
4 Finally, add the banana and granola and mix.
5. Put about one-third of the batter into the cup. ( It is a good idea to apply oil to the inside of the cup to make it easier to remove from the cup after microwaving.)
6. Heat in the microwave (700w) for 30 seconds and it's done.
* Heating times vary depending on the microwave, so adjust by heating for about 10 seconds at a time.
