[Tomato cheese risotto] made with Parmesan cheese flavor

This is a simple and healthy tomato cheese risotto made using plant-based cheese "Parmesan flavored."

▽Materials (1 person)

・Onion...20g (1/10)

・Rice (cooked or frozen is fine)

・Almond milk (or other milk)…80g

・EASYVEGAN Parmesan Cheese Flavor...80g

・Tomato sauce (or ketchup)…30g

・Olive oil...20g

・White wine…appropriate amount

・Black pepper...to taste

・Parsley...to taste


▽Recipe 1 Finely chop the onion and fry in olive oil. Add white wine halfway through and allow the alcohol to evaporate.
2. Add the seasonings (tomato sauce, almond milk/vegan milk, plant-based cheese) and rice and cook over high heat until the water evaporates.
3. Serve on a plate and add additional Parmesan, black pepper, and Italian parsley to taste. Finish!
