[Soy sauce ramen] using meat miso

1 bag of noodles
Japanese leek
ginger
garlic
soy sauce
salt and pepper
Your favorite vegetables/bean sprouts, carrots, bok choy, canned corn/
How to make
1. Finely chop the green onion, ginger, and garlic .
2. Gently stir-fry the green onions, ginger, and garlic.
3. Add water and soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
4. Once it boils, the soup is ready.
5. Boil the noodles.
6. Pour the soup into the boiled noodles and serve with your favorite vegetables and meat miso for a delicious meal.
