[Gyoza] using meat miso
【material】
-Meat miso 100g
-1/4 Chinese cabbage
-Atsuage tofu 50g
-Chicken (appropriate amount)
-A small amount of salt and pepper
-20 gyoza wrappers
How to make:
1. Finely chop the Chinese cabbage, tofu, and chives.
2. Place the cut Chinese cabbage in a bowl and sprinkle it evenly with salt.
3. Squeeze the water from the Chinese cabbage and drain it.
4. Add meat miso, tofu and chives to Chinese cabbage.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste and complete the filling.
6. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
7. Fry the dumplings until the bottoms are browned.
8. Pour ¼ cup of water, cover and steam until the water evaporates.
