[Seaweed roll] using meat miso
Materials/1 roll/:
-seaweed 1 sheet-cooked rice 100g
-Meat miso 3 5g
-carrot 20g
-cucumber 2 pieces
-avocado 2-3 pieces
-Sesame oil Appropriate amount
-vegetable mayonnaise Appropriate amount
How to make:
Preparation
1. Cook the rice.
2. Finely chop the carrots and fry in sesame oil.
3. Cut the cucumber into strips and the avocado into wedges.
How to roll
1. Spread the rice over the seaweed to about 60% of the thickness.
2. Place cucumber, carrot, avocado and meat miso on the front.
3. Spread mayonnaise on top of the vegetables.
4. Roll from the front to the end.
5. Cut into approximately 1.5cm pieces.
