Vegan steamed pumpkin bread made with granola
This is the second in our series of "vegan steamed bread" that uses granola and is easy for anyone to make. This time, we are introducing "vegan pumpkin steamed bread."
▽Materials (1 person)
・Rice flour or soft flour...160g
・Baking powder...6g
・Almond milk (or other milks)…150g
・Cane sugar...10g
・Maple syrup...15g
・KAWAIINE Kale Granola...20g
・Salt…a pinch
・Pumpkin...70g
▽How to make it
1 Cut the pumpkin into thin slices.
2. Add the almond milk, cane sugar, maple syrup and salt and mix until the cane sugar has dissolved and is no longer visible.
3. Sift the rice flour (weak flour) and baking powder into the batter and mix in a cutting motion using a spatula.
4 Finally, add the pumpkin and granola and mix.
5. Put about one-third of the batter into the cup. ( It is a good idea to apply oil to the inside of the cup to make it easier to remove from the cup after microwaving.)
6. Heat in the microwave (700W) for 30 to 40 seconds and it's done.
* Heating times vary depending on the microwave, so adjust by heating for about 10 seconds at a time.
