[Notice and apology regarding the manufacturing process change for the THIS IS SALAD Granola Series]

Thank you very much for always using our products.

Starting this summer, we have changed the manufacturing process for our THIS IS SALAD Granola series.

The new product is more evenly shaped and has a crispier, lighter texture than previous versions, making it easier to eat.

All of our products have been handmade since the beginning, and we have changed our shaping method several times to make them even more delicious and easier for our customers to eat.

Due to these changes, products made using both the old and new methods will be available in stores.

We sincerely apologize for any concern and inconvenience caused to our customers.

We have received reports from customers who have purchased products made using the previous manufacturing method that they believe the products are defective, so we would like to provide further information here.

Please read the information below and we hope you will continue to enjoy our products made using the old manufacturing method with peace of mind.

[About the changes]

Regarding past bookbinding
*Initially, all the pieces were broken by hand, so customers enjoyed a wide variety of sizes of broken pieces, from small bite-sized pieces to large pieces the size of the palm of their hand.

 *Since around spring, we have been producing them by hand, breaking them into bite-sized pieces (even at this stage, there are still many different sizes).

*From June 2025, we have introduced new molding equipment to create a more uniform shape, which has made the product thicker and less likely to lose its shape, and has also changed the texture.

Regarding the sale items we had recently, they were made using the old manufacturing method , so you may have noticed that they were different from our recent products. We sincerely apologize for not providing sufficient explanation regarding the sale of these products .
