[Regarding lead time]

We will endeavour to collect your parcel as quickly as possible, however, generally, your parcel will be shipped within 3 business days. Thank you for your understanding.

However, if you would like your order delivered the next day due to an event or stock shortage in the store, please contact us by 10:00 AM the day before.

*However, there may be days when we are unable to ship your order, even if it is placed by 10:00 AM on a weekday on the day of the order, due to our staff being on vacation, suddenly taking time off due to illness, or the system being closed.

[About returns]

・We cannot accept returns due to improper storage conditions at the store.
We cannot accept returns of products that are close to their expiration date.

[Regarding product delivery]


- After the product has been delivered to you, we cannot accept returns for reasons of your own convenience, except for products that have been damaged during delivery.

If the item is found to have been damaged by the shipping company during shipping, we will exchange it for the same item you ordered.


Please note that we cannot take any responsibility (compensation or damages) for deliveries to parcel boxes installed in apartment complexes and other places for delivery to unattended deliveries, even if the parcel is misdelivered, stolen or damaged.

Similarly, if the delivery company decides to use a delivery box or leave the parcel at its discretion, we will not be responsible in any way.

- We cannot accept requests for specific delivery companies.

・We can accept your request for a delivery date. However, depending on the delivery area, it may be difficult to deliver the item again if you are not at home, so please make sure you are at home.

- Regardless of the shipping company you use, we cannot accept delivery dates that are more than one week in advance.


- On Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and other company holidays, shipping will be suspended at both our logistics warehouse and our company.

[Others]


- After you have ordered a product, we are unable to change your customer information such as the delivery address after it has been shipped, due to concerns about protecting your personal information and the risk of incorrect delivery. Please be careful not to make any mistakes in your delivery address when placing your order.

・Our products are also sold on our mail order website for individuals. We update our inventory from time to time, but depending on the situation, it is possible that a product is out of stock even when your cart is open. In that case, we will contact you, but please note that in the unlikely event that the product is not scheduled to be in stock, we will cancel your order.
