肉味噌を使った【ビビンバ】

[Bibimbap] using meat miso

Vegan Bibimbap, Vegan Bibimbap, Bibimbap Recipe
[Ingredients] (For 1 person)

  • EASY VEGAN meat miso 30g
  • Gochujang as much as you like
  • Rice of your choice (white rice, brown rice, etc.)
  • ☆ Bean sprout namul (other recipe)
  • ☆Spinach namul (different recipe)
  • ☆ Radish carrot namul (different recipe)


Place the rice in a bowl, and place the 3 kinds of namul and the meat miso in 4 places.

Place your desired amount of gochujang in the center and it's done.

*The recipe for namul below is for 4 people.

☆ Carrot and radish namul

100g carrot
100g daikon radish
5g salt (for rubbing)
2.5g sesame oil
8g cane sugar
20g vinegar

1. Cut daikon radish and carrot into strips, put in a bowl, rub in salt (for salt rubbing) and leave for 10 minutes.
2. When it softens and moisture comes out, put it in a colander and squeeze out the moisture.
3.In a bowl, mix 2, cane sugar, and vinegar, then add sesame oil and mix.

☆ Spinach namul

160g spinach
3g white sesame seeds
--- Seasoning B --- 1g of salt
3g soy sauce
0.5g grated garlic
3g sesame oil

1. Boil the spinach in boiling salted water and soak in cold water.
2. Place in a colander and squeeze out the water.
3. Cut into pieces about 3 cm long, add seasoning B in a bowl and mix, then add toasted sesame and mix.

☆ Bean sprout namul

200g bean sprouts
5g white sesame seeds
--- Seasoning A --- 2 g of salt

1g soy sauce
1 g grated garlic
5g sesame oil
a little black pepper


1.Boil the bean sprouts in boiling salted water for 2 minutes.
2. Place the boiled bean sprouts in a colander, wash them under running water, let them cool down, and let them sit for about 10 minutes.
3. Add the bean sprouts from step 2 and seasoning A to a bowl and mix. Add white sesame and mix.
