We are pleased to announce that Tsutsui, Co-Founder of Tokyo Bar Co., Ltd., will be speaking at the "FOODTECH SEMINAR" (held online) on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, on the topic of "KAWAÍINE" focusing on the nutritional value of residues - development challenges and market-in.

KAWAÍINE is a food brand based on the concept of "upcycled and plant-based foods that combine nutrition and deliciousness."

By using highly nutritious parts of vegetables, such as leaves and skins, which tend to be discarded during food processing, and by using their own unique know-how, they have gone beyond the realm of simple upcycled foods to develop natural, delicious, and healthy foods that maximize the umami flavor derived from plants.The company was relaunched in September and is currently expanding sales both domestically and overseas.

On the day of the seminar, we will talk about the struggles and case studies from the development of "KAWAÍINE" to its market launch.
