  • 50 g dried pea meat
  • 5g ginger
  • 100g cauliflower
  • ☆Soy sauce 20g
  • ☆Mirin 20g

1. Rehydrate the dried pea meat in boiling water and lightly squeeze out excess water.

Cook over low heat until the water has evaporated.

2. Divide the cauliflower into small pieces so that it is easier to boil, then boil in salted water for about 3 minutes.
